Advance ride bracelets and tickets are available for select events through our online checkout. Here's how purchases, rain checks and refunds work.
Buying advance tickets
Where advance tickets or ride bracelets are offered for an event, you can buy them through that event's page. Advance pricing is often lower than paying at the gate. Tickets are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout.
If an event is cancelled
If we or the event organizer cancel an event outright, advance ticket purchases for that event are refunded.
Rain checks & partial-day changes
Weather or other conditions can shorten operating hours on a given day without cancelling the whole event. How rain checks or refunds are handled in that case is set per event — check the specific event's listing for its refund policy, or contact us if it isn't posted.
Problems with your order
If something went wrong with your ticket purchase — a payment issue, a missing confirmation email, or a question about a specific event's policy — call us and we'll sort it out.
