School carnivals & fun fair rentals

Fun fairs and school carnivals are one of the most common ways we get out on the road. We bring rides and games sized for a schoolyard, run by our own crew, with the paperwork a school board expects.

Safety & insurance

Every ride we bring is inspected and licensed under Ontario's Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) program, with electrical work compliant with ESA requirements. A TSSA-certified mechanic is on site for the length of your event, and a certificate of insurance naming your school or board is available on request — ask for it when you request your quote so it's ready in time.

Lead time

School carnivals usually involve a school board, a parent council and a rain-date conversation before anything is confirmed. We recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead of your event date so there is time to confirm insurance paperwork, site details and your ride lineup.

Rides sized for a schoolyard

Kiddie and family rides — the Kiddie Carousel, Flying Elephants, El Paso Train, Kiddie Ferris Wheel, Go Gator coaster and Harvest Swirl — are built for the height, footprint and crowd flow of a school event. Thrill rides like the Spider and Paratrooper can be added for a bigger fair with older students and family attendance.

Mini Midway Package — $9,995

A ready-made kiddie midway (Kiddie Carousel, El Paso Train, Flying Elephants and a 12×12 inflatable) sized to fit most school playgrounds and parking lots.

Fundraising options

Many schools run their fun fair as a fundraiser — selling wristbands or gate admission and keeping that revenue for the school or parent council, while our rental fee covers the rides, games and crew. Gate/wristband revenue models are one option we can set up with you; the exact structure is discussed and confirmed when we quote your event, not guaranteed in advance.
