How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can once your event date is set. School carnivals and fun fairs usually need 4–6 weeks so insurance paperwork and site details can be confirmed ahead of time. Festivals and larger events often book months ahead to lock in a date on our season.
What's included in the rental price?

Every rental price includes delivery to your site, setup and teardown, one trained attendant to run the ride or booth for your event, and a TSSA-certified mechanic on site.

Yes. Certificates of insurance naming your organization, school, venue or municipality are available on request — ask for one when you request your quote so it's ready ahead of your event.

Rides are paused during high winds, lightning or other unsafe conditions and reopened once our crew determines it's safe to resume operation.
What space and power do we need to provide?

It depends on the ride and package. We'll ask about your available footprint, ground surface and truck access, and confirm any power requirements when we quote your event — power solutions are available and discussed during quoting if your site doesn't already have what a ride needs.

Are your rides suitable for school events?
Yes. Our kiddie and family rides — including the Kiddie Carousel, Flying Elephants, El Paso Train, Kiddie Ferris Wheel, Go Gator coaster and Harvest Swirl — are inspected and licensed under Ontario's TSSA program and sized for school carnivals and fun fairs.

What does TSSA licensing mean?
TSSA is the Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Ontario's regulator for amusement devices. TSSA licensing means our rides are inspected and licensed to operate under that program, with a TSSA-certified mechanic on site during your event.
