When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization (if given), email address, phone number (if given), event type, event date, location, expected attendance, the attractions you're interested in, and any message you write. When you buy advance tickets to one of our events, we collect your name and email address to process payment and deliver your tickets, plus the ticket quantities and event you selected.
How we use it
Quote request information is used to follow up with you and prepare a rental quote for your event. Ticket checkout information is used to process your payment through our payment provider and deliver your tickets. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent or trade the personal information you submit through this site to other companies for their own marketing purposes.
Payment processing
Advance ticket purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our own systems — that information is handled directly by the payment provider.
